I love these boots! I always said that it was to much money to spend on shoes so I have always had the fake ones until now. They are worth every penny. The big difference I noticed that that my feet stayed dry in these boots! With the fuggs (fake Uggs) my feet would be all sweaty and the insides would still be soggy the next day. These boots are warm and snuggly. I treated them and been in light rain and they still look great!

I must let you guys know that you have been the best entity as service and customer service is concerned. The response time is just unbelievable. If you could go into or teach the airline or cell phone industry how to be a true customer oriented industry that would be a benefit to the entire world at large. Again, I thank you for the best service I have ever received in my life time.
