? The name Ugg speaks for itself, however I love these boots so much I have to write a review. I have pretty much every color of this style boot that is out and I LOVE them. They are so warm, you DO NOT have to wear socks and your feet DO NOT sweat at all, they are easy to throw on and sooo comfy. I even throw them on in the house to just walk around in sometimes. I love these boots and they are with me every day during the winter months here in Illinois. I highly recommend them."

i know you must get hundreds of emails like this a day, but I continue to be blown away by your excellent customer service. Not only is your shipping AMAZINGLY fast, but your policies for exchanges and returns make shopping easier than going to stores. I am on bed rest with twins on the way in a week or so and this has been so helpful when shopping for MY ORDER. Thank you for being Zappos!
